Eden Communications is a full-service
health education and marketing agency, providing educational
programmes and services targeted at healthcare professionals,
patients and managed health/organizational customers.
Patient education has been Eden’s flagship service since
our inception more than 13 years ago. 95% of Eden staff are
fully trained in the theory and technical application of health
literacy principles. In addition, Eden’s lengthy history
of partnering with relevant patient advocacy groups and other
third-party organizations in order to enhance the credibility
and reach of clients’ direct-to-patient initiatives
has helped define our unique position and capability in the
marketplace.
Eden also offers a comprehensive professional health education
capability, with particular strengths in primary care education
and programmes geared for the immediate pre-launch or post-launch
phases of the product life cycle. Eden specializes in educational
programmes that are designed to build better physician-patient
communication around prevention, detection, diagnosis and
management of disease. Closely related to this area is our
cross-cultural expertise, which focuses on overcoming cross-cultural
barriers to effective physician-patient interaction.
Eden also provides expertise in the area of KOL development,
including both traditional and innovative advisory board programs
as well as activities geared to reaching emerging thought
leaders, such fellowship grants and awards programs.
Finally, Eden has built a sound capability in developing and
delivering programmes targeting managed health/organizational
customers. In this capacity, we have developed a considerable
expertise in the managed care, government and employer segments.
