What we are looking for: We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Administrator to provide support to the project teams in all aspects of delivery. You will have generalist administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment. You will also have the ability to multi-task, work collaboratively as part of a team, be proactive, have a flexible attitude, and attention to detail along with administrative qualifications or training.


How you fit in: Your specific activities will include assisting team members in the preparation of various client deliverables, processing data, supporting financial and contractual activity of projects, searching for and obtaining articles for literature reviews, organising meetings, preparing meeting minutes, filing, and providing administrative support in other areas of the business as required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in terms of the ability to format documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable, as is experience of using reference management software.
