Why Runway?
The Adelphi Runway Graduate Programme provides you with an opportunity to gain insight and experience of the various services involved in healthcare consultancy. Providing a unique opportunity to gain experience in four different business areas within Adelphi: market research, health economic analysis, patient-based studies and medical communications. Graduates work as part of a team on live projects with client contact and will rotate around the companies starting a new placement every 3–4 months. Runway is based in the UK headquarters.

In addition to the discipline-specific training received in each business area, Runway graduates also participate in a continuous evaluation and training programme to accelerate their progress. During the course of the scheme, graduates also complete an assignment, selected jointly by the graduates themselves and the CEO of Adelphi, on a subject that will benefit the business.
