A much talked about phrase and source of claims but equally a topic on which there are many conflicting views, not least because we are a profit-making industry. Thought leading debate and publication on the role of the pharmaceutical industry in bringing patientcentricity to life-where efforts should be focussed in order to make a credible contribution in relation to other healthcare providers and practitioners.
