On behalf of all our clients and colleagues who responded to our annual Season’s Greetings charity donations email, we are delighted to confirm Adelphi have supported the following UNICEF initiatives to support the plight of families and children in Africa whose needs are enormous, and are again the focus of our support this year.

6100 vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus & whooping cough Due to conflict, inequality and logistical challenges, 20 million children missed out on live-saving diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough vaccines last year. If these children get ill, they are at risk of the severest health consequence. |

25 Emergency shelter kits Helping families left exposed to the elements following a natural disaster or forced from their home, by providing large heavy duty plastic sheet to create a protective cover and warm fleecy thermal blankets. |

Life-saving food to cure 46 children from malnutrition Providing malnourished children in the regions of famine with the chance to get back to health from high-energy food packs which contain vegetables fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, and boost the chances of survival from sever acute malnutrition |

6 Water pumps for communities Providing hand water pumps and clean, safe drinking water for villages, schools or communities. Clean water helps prevent water-borne diseases and could also mean that children spend less time fetching water, to attend school. |
